Cancelling 30 days or more prior to the start of a training:

Refund: Full refund will be processed, minus a $200 administrative fee

or

Transfer: Full payment will be transferred to a future Emotion Focused Therapy Training Institute. You may transfer your payment to another EFT training institute one time.

Cancelling after 30 days prior to the start of a training:

Refund: No refund

Transfers: No transfers to another EFT Training Institute

The Greenberg Institute of Emotion Focused Therapy has the right to cancel or reschedule any Emotion Focused Therapy Training Institutes. In the event that the Greenberg Institute of Emotion Focused Therapy needs to cancel or reschedule an upcoming EFT Training Institute, you will have the option to either receive a full refund, or transfer the full training fee to another available training.

Cancelling 7 days or more prior to the start of a live one or two day workshop, or webinar series:

Cancelling after 7 days prior to the start of a live one or two day workshop, or webinar series:

Refund: No refund

Consultation groups are closed groups and follow a fixed schedule. If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled session, the missed session cannot be rescheduled, refunded, recorded, or made up.

The Greenberg Institute of Emotion Focused Therapy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a consultation group or individual session when necessary. If a session is cancelled by the Greenberg Institute and cannot be rescheduled, participants will have the option of receiving a prorated refund for the cancelled session or a credit toward another Greenberg Institute training or consultation offering.
